Public Notice

The Coastal Bend “Region N” Regional Water Planning Group (RWPG) is accepting written comment in accordance with 31 Texas Administrative Code 357.21(g)(2) on the adoption of the Final 2026 Coastal Bend (Region N) Regional Water Plan. The Final Plan will be available on the Region N website at https://www.coastalbend-rwpg.org/ for public inspection on or before September 4, 2025 and will remain on the website a minimum of 14 days following the meeting where the RWPG will consider adoption of the Final Plan. The Coastal Bend RWPG will discuss proposed responses to comments received on the 2026 Initially Prepared Region N Regional Water Plan and consider adoption of the 2026 Region N Regional Water Plan at: Coastal Bend (Region N) RWPG Meeting September 11, 2025 1:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. 500 IH 69, Suite 805, Robstown, TX 78380 Written comments are currently being accepted.
